Thank you for choosing Rozehenna for your natural handmade henna and Jagua cone needs! We want to make sure you receive your order in a timely and secure manner, so please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

• Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or bank holidays.

• Shipping Options:

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For Mail and typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
• Priority Shipping: Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm Mail and typically arrive within 1 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the time of year. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping option you choose and the weight of your order. You will be able to see the shipping rates for your order during the checkout process.

• International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.

• Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the Royal Mail website.
